Resource/Benefit	Description	How & When to Apply
Canadian Emergency Response Benefit (CERB)	As independent Contractors/Self Employed, you may be eligible for the Canada Emergency Response Benefit. This benefit replaces both the Emergency Support Benefit and the Emergency Care Benefit. Applicants will receive $2000 every four weeks for up to four months. Workers (Canadians aged 15+ and who made at least $5000 from employment in 2019 OR in the 12 months prior to application) are eligible if they: • have lost their jobs, or • are sick or quarantined, or • are looking after someone who has COVID-19, or • have to stay home with dependant children, or • are contract workers, or • are self-employed, or • are still employed, but are not receiving income because of disruptions to their work situation due to COVID-19 Canadians who are eligible for regular or medical EI would continue to apply for those benefits as required. Increased Canada Child Tax Benefit	Up to an extra $300 per child through the Canada Child Benefit (CCB) for 2019-20. This will mean approximately $550 more for the average family. This benefit will be delivered as part of the scheduled CCB payment in May.	Those who already receive the CCB do not need to re-apply. Extra time to file income tax returns	The filing due date for 2019 income tax returns for individuals has been deferred until June 1, 2020. Any new income tax balances due, or instalments, are also being deferred until after August 31, 2020 without incurring interest or penalties. Mortgage Support	Mortgage support: The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is providing increased flexibility for homeowners facing financial difficulties to defer mortgage payments on homeowner CMHC insured mortgage loans. CMHC will permit lenders to allow payment deferral beginning immediately. BC Emergency Benefit for Workers	The B.C. emergency benefit for workers will provide a one-time, tax-free, $1,000 payment for B.C. residents whose ability to work has been affected due to COVID-19. https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/employment-business/covid-19-financial-supports/emergency-benefit-workers	Applications opened in April 2020. BC Hydro COVID-19 Relief Fund	If you or your spouse/partner have lost employment or have become unable to work due to COVID-19, you may be eligible for three months of bill credit based on your average consumption. https://app.bchydro.com/accounts-billing/bill-payment/ways-to-pay/covid-19-relief-fund/residential.html	There is no rush to apply. Eligible customers can apply any time until June 30, 2020 to receive the credit. https://app.bchydro.com/ccf-application
ICBC Auto-Payment Deferral	Customers on a monthly Autoplan payment plan, who are facing financial challenges due to COVID-19, can defer their payment for up to 90 days with no penalty. Payment deferral is also available for fleets. Temporarily Waived WLS Fees	Ann is covering WLS fees for the month of April for all of our agents. No need to do anything, you will not be invoiced for the April fees.
Social Media Management	For those of you who have already signed up for social media help from the office, we are offering the first 2 months for free. Staff will be able to help you manage your social media marketing. For those who have not done/signed up for a discovery session yet, we may be able to add you to the program as schedules allow.
Enhanced Zoom Account	RE/MAX has given all agents access to an enhanced Zoom account to help you conduct business virtually – it can be found in your individual maxcntr.com account.
Check-in video chats	We will continue with our check in video chats on Mondays, Wednesdays, at 1pm and the occasional Wine O’Clock on Fridays at 4pm. (Mental health and seeing you all is important too!) Check your email inbox for the meeting link.
booj support	It is the perfect time to get your business in order. Staff is working on watching all the booj online classes so we can guide you through this exciting system. We will create a schedule of video calls/office webinars and set up services.
Agent Fresh Tracks	Agent Fresh Tracks: We will continue with our Chris Voss Negotiation Sessions for now. We will send out a webinar schedule, so keep an eye on your email inbox.

Reduced Price Matterports	We will be offering Matterports at half our normal rate (for a great price of between $25 and $50 per Matterport) in order to encourage agents to get Matterports of each listing. This is approximately 1/10th of the market rate for Matterports and will cover the hosting costs.
Portfolio of Properties Postponement	We will be postponing our Spring Summer Issue of our Portfolio of Properties until further notice. We know we don’t have any tourists in town to get them off news stands, and we know our agents don’t need to incur that cost at the moment.
