Andrew King
Andrew King’s love of Whistler started at a young age when his family purchased a chalet in Whistler to vacation to from Toronto.
As Andrew was growing up he found himself spending more and more time in Whistler. After a few years in the mountains, Andrew needed to grow-up and find a job, however Whistler was just a small ski village. Knowing he wanted to stay close to the mountains, Andrew moved to Calgary where he successfully practiced commercial real estate specializing in downtown office leasing.
After a rewarding 17 year career helping corporations find the perfect office Space, Andrew has come full circle and has returned to Whistler.
Andrew brings considerable experience and leverage to the table for his clients. Andrew is always considering many factors when structuring a purchase or a sale, using internal proprietary market data, supply/demand trends, and tax structure to name a few.
