Congratulations to Our Local Olympic Athletes!

(See Local Athlete Event Schedule Below)

RE/MAX Sea to Sky Real Estate would like to congratulate the local Sea to Sky athletes who will be in PyeongChang, South Korea for the 2018 Games. A special congratulations goes out to our very own agent, Michael d’Artois, who will be proudly supporting his son, Simon, as he looks to fulfill his dream of an Olympic medal.

Simon is coming off an admirable year, finishing 9th in both the Winter X-Games and the FIS World Championships; these results allowed him to be a shoe-in for the upcoming PyeongChang games (His first Olympic competition). A dark horse in the halfpipe event, he is looking to match his excellent 2015 campaign in superpipe, in which he became the first Canadian man to win gold at the X-Games in this high-flying event.

Simon is extremely thankful for the community support he has received thus far, quoting “This experience is a once in a lifetime opportunity to push myself to the limit, and be able to share it with the world. It has taught me so much; I feel like I can look to my community of Whistler for support, while hopefully being able to give back to them in return. I feel honoured to represent Whistler and Canada on the world stage.”

You can follow Simon’s PyeongChang adventure via his instagram: @Simondartois.
